moparscape voting

change the stormscape info on moparscape as the download on the site is for v1.5 and apparently it says we are on client version 317. And the owner is redslash, whoever he is

I think RedSlash may be Storm's username for Moparscape. But yes, we need to change the information (Protocol, client information, etc.)

Only Storm can change the information, but we still have to change the page lay out a bit.
